Media censored countries:

I think because I live in a country without the media being censored by the government it is hard to relate to these harshly controlled countries in term of media. The people have a completely different idea of events and everything is biased toward the government.

All media must pass certain checks before it can be presented to the public, which means the people oftentimes supress, their thoughts and general opinion of the country they live in.

I think in general media should not be censored because everyone should have the right to have an own opinion and to inform others about it. Media for entertainment and other purposes has to appeal to the bulk of the population and not to the one leader.

If the people do not have the chance to ever see something else than what they have (a different ways of life) they are being forced into a kind of ignorance.
