Social media addiction

My personal response to this is a little shocked, but I defiantly believe that many people are addicted to the social media in this way, as I can relate to the topic. 

One knows that one spends too much time on facebook, tumblr etc.. but one doesn’t want to delete the account in order to get away from it. It seems too easy to just check the homepage for any new updates, but really one is addicted to refreshing the page and ends up spending much to much time on these cites. 

When I spend time with my friends, we try to be social and enjoy the time we have together, we put our phones on a pile and try to get the best out of the moment, physically being together. I think this is very important, because technology advanced so quickly that we easily fall in the trap of “addiction”, forgetting our parents did fine without
